HAM AND CHEESE!

Yes, you read that correctly, I just had "ham and cheese" for dinner, and guess what, it was AWESOME! I made it in a pan with the vegan butter I got from Trader Joes, Sprouted Grain Bread and soy cheddar cheese (also from TJ) and the fake ham I got at Whole foods. Add some olive oil and a little but of salt seasoning and it made for an awesome, melty gooey sandwhich that I actually really enjoyed and found very satisfying after my work out.

DAY 2, SUCCESS!
